For the bravest or most die-hard sports enthusiasts, we offer a range of activities during the lunch break or after work: a table tennis table, jogging or walking courses nearby, or even the opportunity to use our gym. Fitness, if the state of health permits.

Part of the socialising at TAP also includes the presence of Indy, the "President's Jack Russell". She visits staff in the offices, participates in certain management meetings and especially enjoys going to the kitchen around lunchtime (what a surprise!?).

The design of our premises in open spaces promotes the exchange of information and teamwork. Furthermore, 90% of our employees appreciate their working environment. Even at TAP, our staff feel integrated into the company strategy. Every year, the management announces its challenges, ambitions, and goals during an internal event... challenges in perspective!

The first few minutes at headquarters are already a TAP moment in itself! Terry, the president, full of energy, goes through all offices to do a nice check-in, while other colleagues switch from discrete to a big “Hello everyone!”. The same atmosphere prevails in our regional and international teams!

Any excuse is a good one to share friendly moments: professional or private birthdays, end of probation period, summer or winter holidays, etc. We bring the teams from different locations together at least once a year to exchange company information and enjoy a good meal before we embark on fun activities.
